Portavolt NZ supplies portable lithium-powered power systems designed for professional, commercial, and off-grid applications. While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on this website are accurate, specifications may change without notice as products are updated or improved.

Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Portavolt NZ. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Payment Method
Portavolt NZ currently accepts bank transfer only as the method of payment. After placing an order, customers will receive payment instructions including bank account details. Payment must be completed within 3 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within this timeframe. Products will be dispatched only after cleared payment has been received.
Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated during the order process.
Ownership of Goods
Ownership of all goods supplied by Portavolt NZ remains with Portavolt NZ until full payment has been received and cleared. Until payment has been completed in full, Portavolt NZ reserves the right to withhold shipment or reclaim goods where applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from Palmerston North, New Zealand using certified lithium battery freight services. Estimated delivery time within New Zealand is typically 2–4 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, remote delivery locations, or circumstances outside our control. Portavolt NZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
Returns and Refund Policy
Faulty or defective products accepted under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact within 14 days.
Processed after inspection. No change‑of‑mind returns due to lithium transport regulations.
Warranty
24‑month manufacturer warranty.
Product Usage and Safety
Portavolt power systems must be used in accordance with the operating instructions and safety guidelines provided with the product.
Important usage guidance includes:
- Do not exceed the rated output capacity
- Ensure correct electrical connections are used
- Follow all safety instructions provided with the unit
- AC charging only (no solar input on PG3600)
Portavolt NZ is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow operating instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portavolt NZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product selected is suitable for their intended application.
